Concentration of RNA, DNA, proteins and cells from aqueous samples without any equipment
PCRopsis Concentrator tubes come pre-loaded with a sterile, proprietary substrate.

- Add 0.5 ~ 2 mL of sample to be concentrated / 2 mL PCRopsis Concentrator tube
- TIP: thoroughly mix sample with PCRopsis Concentrator dried substrates for best results
- Let sample incubate at room temperature for 2 ~ 20 minutes depending on your desired level of sample concentration
- Remove concentrated supernatant into a fresh tube by sliding the pipette tip along the edge of the tube to the bottom of the tube
- Use concentrated supernatant in desired applications
